Evidence-based informational and emotional support in the months leading up to conception and/or birth. This may include:

• emotional support from trying to conceive through pregnancy
• evidence-based information about prenatal nutrition, exercise, and energy management
• self-advocacy coaching to support you in receiving the prenatal care that's best for you
• intentional, values-based visioning for birth and postpartum

Continual, dedicated support to help you access your strength and intuition throughout labor and birth. This may include:

• suggestions for positions to help labor progress
• tips on pain management
• emotional empowerment and accompaniment
• shared decision-making based in your values and preferences
• support honoring the "golden hour" and help with baby's first feed

In-person emotional, informational, and practical support during the postpartum period. This may include:

• support caring for baby (including breastfeeding and/or formula-feeding support)
• tips on postpartum recovery
• light housework or errands
• help with sibling adjustment 
• meal prep
• labor./birth processing
• referrals to community resources based on real-time needs           

This package includes:

• Real-time coaching, evidence-based information, and referrals via text/call/email from trying to conceive through birth
• Two 90-minute birth visioning sessions and copy of birth vision to share with care providers
• On-call support via text and call 24/7 from 38 weeks through birth of baby (includes virtual support through labor)
• One 60-minute postpartum check-in

This pacakge includes: 

• Two 90-minute birth visioning sessions and copy of birth vision to share with care providers
• On-call support via text and call 24/7 from 38 weeks until onset of labor
• In-person, continued support at birthing location from onset of active labor through baby's first feed
• One 60-minute in-person postpartum check-in

This package includes:

• One 90-minute postpartum visioning session and copy of postpartum care plan
• Text, call, and email support from 38 weeks through the first 4 weeks postpartum
• 12 hours of support to be used within the first 4 weeks after birth OR 24 hours of support to be used within the first 8 weeks after birth

Using the 5 pillars of the Body Ready Method® (Upper Body Mobility, Core, Pelvis, Pelvic floor, and Movement Patterns), I can help you address and minimize pregnancy-related aches and pains and implement movement practices that will prepare you to have a more efficient birth.

During a 45-minute session, I assess your alignment and movement patterns and provide 2-3 tools to help prepare your body for a smooth birth.

Whatever the reason you're being induced, knowledge is power during the process. During this 1-hour session, I can answer your questions about induction while adding movement tools to your toolbox to empower you to have an efficient and stress-free induction. 

When my schedule allows, I'm even happy to do this session with you at the hospital at the start of your induction.
